The previous user interface was highly complex because it had to account for multiplayer network delays. We have successfully implemented client-side prediction, allowing us to strip away that complexity. The new UI is significantly simpler, cleaner, and more intuitive. Multiplayer latency is now virtually unnoticeable, giving you the responsive feel of a locally running game.
